12-Week Depression and Bipolar Seminar
Each year New Directions conducts two 12-week Depression and Bipolar Seminars. Seminars offer mutual support and education for consumers, their families and friends.

Send a check for $50 made out to New Directions and mail to Seminar, New Directions Delaware, PO Box 768, Claymont, DE 19703. (A limited number of partial scholarships are available for those in need.)
Limited to 24 attendees, first come-first served. After we receive your application and fee, you will be contacted by phone for a brief follow-up. You should be prepared to make the commitment to attend all twelve sessions in order to solidify your understanding of the basic support and educational information that must be understood to master these illnesses.

The seminar is based on The Depression Workbook: A Guide for Depressives and Manic Depressives, Second Edition, by Mary Ellen Copeland (2001). Workbook and all course materials will be supplied.
